We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to guide our guests through exciting escape room adventures.
Your tasks:
Welcoming, briefing, and assisting player groups
Game supervision during the escape experiences
Resetting and tidying up the rooms after each game
Ensuring cleanliness and order in the game rooms, lounge area, and restroom
Additional tasks as agreed (e.g., small administrative or preparatory tasks)
What you should bring:
Fluent in German and English
Passion for escape rooms and storytelling
You’ve played The Ticking Heart, The Revenge & Yagami’s Contract – ideally also Der Fall Onkel Herbert
You’re cheerful, motivated, and love to spread positive energy
You’re comfortable with spontaneous shifts and flexible working hours (evenings, weekends)
Positive attitude, reliability, punctuality, and calmness even under pressure
Optional – nice to have:
You play escape rooms regularly and are familiar with the Swiss scene
First experience in customer service or event coordination
